5Fits the bill for an off-set scope  Oct 17, 2009 By Janizary
Saw the 45degree offset rail from another use Beretta forum user and looked like a great idea to mount an offset (and less used) scope. When I saw this was from a paintball store I thought it would be polymer, but I figured that for a 20 I wouldn't be put out if it turned out to be junk.

Surprise! Billet aluminum of what appears to be the same grade as my various other mounting qear. Very pleased with that for the low price!

Set up an offset 4X32 scope on the top rail of my Beretta CX4 Storm carbine. I already have a Burris FastFireII on the top rail, which co-witnesses with the iron sights and a green laser on the off-side front rails. Between the iron sights, laser, and red dot I was covered up to medium (carbine) range, but wanted a light power scope to be able to reach out a bit on the rare occasion. This 45 degree offset rail made that possible, without interfering with my red dot. I suppose you could also offset a laser, or, in the case of a rifle, use the top rail for a scope, and offset a light red dot like the FFII or a Eotech.

4A bit long  Dec 07, 2011 By Fisher3
The rail is rock steady but a bit long for a holographic sight and due to the location of the clamping screws cannot easily be shortened.

1BT 45 Degree Offset  Jul 17, 2011 By M. Hoenigman
descripion says it fits painball guns but it did not fit mine sent it back item looked great and made of metal

5Very Nice Surprise  Jun 12, 2011 By R.L.
It's solid aluminum! Works perfectly to allow for a 45 degree offset scope so that I can continue to use iron sights for close distances.

This was exactly what i wanted, and when it came it was even better then i thought. Mounted solid to my guns rail for my secondary scope. Metal not plastic.
