I am 6'3 so the shirt was a little short but still covered me up. It is light enough to wear under clothing but it can also be worn as outerwear, which makes you look pretty cool. I was hit a few times in the chest and the shirt did well to protect me. The padding though is only on the upper parts of the shirt, leaving the lower half open to paint balls, but this is easily overcome if you wear an ammo pack or keep your co2 on your back. overall this product did its duty.
side note- it can be washed but its recommended that you air dry it.

Great chest and back protector! Breaths well, protects well, was shot many many times on first use and not a single one hurt. I love it and would buy multiple if I needed to. Would recommend to anybody.

not so much padding, cheap material, I would never buy syder brand again. I washed it and it's start ripping off from the armpit side!!! dont this , get a empire ground punder it's way way way better!!!1
